The staff is welcoming and fluent in English, providing a prestigious and well-presented atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is beautiful. The bar staff is efficient and the food served is fresh and delicious.

The breakfast selection could be more varied and the queuing for breakfast was inconvenient.

This place has a great location, right next to a bus station and with easy access to Genova center and the coast of Genoa. Everything here is clean and the service is excellent. The service on the top floor terrace could be improved, as it took us 15 minutes to be served when we ordered coffee during the day. Additionally, there were limited options for activities or attractions within walking distance if you're looking for a hotel to spend your entire day at.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the autostrada on the east side of the city. It made our journey much easier and more convenient. Additionally, this hotel was close to Genova centre but not in the middle of it, which was exactly what we were looking for.
